Dani is our cheeky, cheerful creative rocket — actually an artist, officially a designer and unofficially the personified “out of the box.” Draw, paint, sing, play the guitar — what she touches becomes an expression. And even though art was the origin, it has found its stage in design: For Dani, design is more than a surface — it is an encounter. Your specialty? Digital worlds of experience that not only look good, but also feel alive. She thinks in terms of movements, reactions and emotions — because for her, beauty is created exactly where design meets real experience. And while others get up to operating temperature with their first coffee in the morning, Dani Whizzes around Munich on her squeaky yellow bike — in sun, rain, or something in between. Marius sees the world a bit differently — as a game with levels, challenges, and bosses. The difference: He doesn't just play along, he wins. Always with a smile on your face and the curiosity of a true explorer. His mission with us? Find the perfect digital solution for every challenge — smart, efficient and gladly with AI sidekick. What sets him apart is his speed: While others are still Googling, Marius has already tested three tools, watched five tutorials (at double speed, of course) and built a new solution. When there's something new to learn, he's the first in the arena — and the last to leave the field. Oh yes, be a nerd? That is not a flaw with him, that is expertise: Marius studied e-sports management — and with his enthusiasm ensures that digital innovation is always taken a few steps further by us as well.

David is our digital native — and Italy native. A man of technology and good taste. With his baby face, he likes to make everyone smile for now — but anyone who knows him knows that behind this smile is a real tinkerer and a knack for technology. At the agency, David is responsible for the technical implementation. And for him, every website is like a perfect Italian pizza: crispy on the outside, full of soul on the inside — and edible with every bite. David is only satisfied when everything runs smoothly and every click slips. Speaking of energy: Something seems to be constantly energized in him — he is constantly statically charged, which regularly causes small electric shocks and big laughs. Why No one knows.
